# COMPREHENSIVE DOCS UPDATE

# Comprehensive Documentation Update - April 2026

This document tracks all documentation updates for recent commits pushed to main (April 5-10, 2026).

## Summary of Changes

Three major feature additions require comprehensive documentation:

1. **Armor Pipeline System** (PR #1142) - AI-powered armor generation with Meshy/Tripo integration
2. **Autonomous Agent Quest System** (PR #1124) - LLM-driven agent behavior with full quest autonomy
3. **Terrain & Tree Visual Overhaul** (PR #1126) - Complete rewrite of tree rendering, terrain colors, water shaders

## Documentation Files Updated

### Core Documentation

* ✅ `AGENTS.md` - Already contains comprehensive documentation for all three features
* ⏳ `CLAUDE.md` - Needs armor pipeline section added
* ⏳ `README.md` - Needs feature highlights updated

## Key Documentation Gaps Identified

### 1. Armor Pipeline (PR #1142)

**Missing Documentation:**

* AssetForge README needs complete armor pipeline section
* API endpoint documentation for `/api/armor-pipeline/*` and `/api/tripo/*`
* Environment variable documentation for `MESHY_API_KEY` and `TRIPO_API_KEY`
* Security considerations (localhost-only publish, SSRF guards)
* Workflow documentation (shell extraction → texturing → rigging → publish)

### 2. Autonomous Agents (PR #1124)

**Missing Documentation:**

* Agent API endpoint reference
* LLM behavior configuration guide
* Dashboard interop documentation
* Worker thread architecture
* Database schema changes (migrations 0052-0054)

### 3. Terrain Overhaul (PR #1126)

**Missing Documentation:**

* New terrain constants and their purposes
* Tree type changes (removed Willow/Fir, added Eucalyptus/General/Magic/Mahogany)
* Water shader configuration
* Grass system architecture change
* Lighting configuration centralization
